Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant to independently manage legal matters related to real estate, logistics and warehousing operations, transactions, and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle legal matters related to real estate, logistics and warehousing.
- Manage legal due diligence for land, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial and transactional agreements.
- Handle leasing, joint ventures, investments, and other real estate transactions.
- Advise on applicable real estate laws, FDI/FEMA regulations, and RBI regulations.
- Coordinate with external law firms, consultants, and internal business stakeholders.
- Provide legal support to business heads and independently manage assigned matters.
- Support legal requirements associated with listed company and IPO-related processes.

Candidate Requirements
- LL.B.



/ LL.M. from a recognized university.
- 15–17 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience.
- Prior experience with an IPO process and/or listed company is required.
- Relevant experience in real estate, logistics, or warehousing legal matters.
- Strong experience in land due diligence, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and transactional legal experience.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, FDI/FEMA, and RBI regulations.
- Experience in leasing, joint ventures, and investment transactions.
- Ability to independently handle legal matters and work with law firms and business stakeholders.
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
