Role & responsibilities

- Conduct research on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and related rules and regulations.

- Research and analyse orders/judgments of NCLT, NCLAT and the Supreme Court relating to insolvency matters.

- Assist the Resolution Skilled in conducting CIRP, including coordination with CoC members, Corporate Debtor, creditors, lawyers, valuers and other stakeholders.

- Assist Resolution Applicants with due diligence and evaluation of Resolution Plans.

- Prepare timelines and SOPs for CIRP, liquidation, voluntary liquidation and fast-track insolvency processes.

- Draft notices, agendas and minutes for meetings of the Committee of Creditors.

- Assist in preparation of EOI, Information Memorandum, Evaluation Matrix and RFRP.

- Collate, verify and process claims in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Assist in drafting and reviewing Resolution Plans where required.

- Prepare Preliminary Reports, Asset Memoranda,



Progress Reports and other documents required under the applicable Liquidation Regulations.

- Maintain case records, regulatory filings and documentation related to ongoing assignments.

Preferred candidate profile

- LL.B./LL.M. with 2-5 years of relevant experience in insolvency, corporate law, litigation or qualified services.

- Strong knowledge of IBC, 2016, related regulations and insolvency procedures.

- Experience in CIRP, liquidation and voluntary liquidation matters.

- Familiarity with NCLT, NCLAT and Supreme Court orders.

- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.

- Experience with CoC documentation, claims, EOI, IM, RFRP, Resolution Plans and regulatory reports preferred.

- Good stakeholder coordination, documentation skills and attention to detail.
