Legal Associate Required – Jaipur Office

We are hiring Legal Associate for our Jaipur office to handle banking recovery matters, SARFAESI cases and related litigation.

What the work involves

- Drafting applications, notices, replies and letters to courts and banks
- Handling Writ Petitions, Section 14 SARFAESI matters, Section 25 PSA, Execution Petitions
- Appearing in High Court matters and assisting senior counsel
- Coordinating with associates in various districts on case status and documentation
- Keeping track of hearing dates and case files

What we're looking for:
- LL.B., preferably enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan
- Comfortable drafting in Hindi and English
- Some exposure to SARFAESI/banking recovery work preferred, but not mandatory, we can train the right person
- Should be able to handle court visits

Experience: Freshers with positive drafting can apply; 1-3 years' experience preferred.
