Operating across multiple jurisdictions, Driffle facilitates high-volume cross-border transactions and works with global payment service providers to deliver seamless digital commerce experiences.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Legal Analyst to support our growing global business across regulatory, compliance, and commercial legal matters. You will work closely with senior counsel and cross-functional teams to help ensure Driffle remains compliant, while also safeguarding the company’s legal and commercial interests across multiple global markets, with a robust focus on Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review and redline commercial agreements and B2B arrangements.
- Prepare issue lists and risk summaries to flag deviations from Driffle's standard positions.
- Assess incoming IP complaints, including DMCA and notice-and-takedown requests, coordinate with seller-facing teams, and prepare responses within required timelines.
- Assist with responses to law enforcement and regulatory requests for user data in line with established procedures.




- Research legal and regulatory questions across the jurisdictions where the group has a presence.
- Assist and brief the Legal Counsel about the assigned tasks, developments and challenges.

Requirements:

- LLB (five-year integrated or three-year) from a leading law school, with 0-1 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong drafting and reviewing skills, demonstrated through internships, moots, publications or law review work.
- Sound grounding in contract law, with working knowledge of IP, data protection and corporate law.
- A solution-oriented approach to propose workable alternatives.
- Genuine curiosity about cross-border law and how legal issues play out in a global digital business.
- Excellent written and spoken English, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters against deadlines.
- Interest in regulations of gaming, technology, and startups
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with sense of prioritisation

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to international laws, EU regulations, while working closely within the legal team, in a fast-paced startup environment.
