WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage & guide junior scouting associates
- Set scouting targets and monitor team performance
- Identify & evaluate commercial properties
- Manage relationships with owners, landlords & brokers
- Handle site visits, negotiations & property discussions
- Coordinate with the BD team for suitable opportunities
- Drive properties towards successful closure

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✔ 2–5 years in Real Estate / Leasing / Scouting / BD

✔Team management or mentoring experience

✔Strong communication & negotiation skills

✔Valuable knowledge of commercial properties

✔Target-driven & proactive

✔Comfortable with field work

✔Two-wheeler required
