? Hiring: Head Leasing

? Location: Delhi/NC

? Experience: 6–10 Years

? Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline

We are looking for an experienced Leasing professional to manage commercial leasing, tenant relationships, and end-to-end leasing transactions.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lease vacant areas and develop a strong leasing pipeline
- Manage tenant lifecycle and tenant relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with occupiers, IPCs and broker networks
- Lead new leasing transactions, renewals, extensions and term expiries
- Manage RFPs and oversee transactions from pre-RFP to post-execution
- Evaluate commercial and financial aspects of leasing transactions
- Drive rental growth and achieve business plan targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor assets and occupier movements
- Prepare deal summaries for LOIs, ATLs, Lease Deeds and internal approvals
- Coordinate with Technical and cross-functional teams for commercial costing and deal closure
- Maintain leasing records, schedules,



billing and commercial documentation
- Resolve commercial, operational and contractual issues throughout the lease lifecycle

? Candidate Profile:

✔ 6–10 years of experience in Commercial Office Leasing / Real Estate Leasing

✔ Strong experience in leasing transactions and negotiations

✔ Good understanding of financial analysis, commercial evaluation and deal structuring

✔ Experience in RFP/RFQ management and leasing pipeline development

✔ Strong market intelligence and competitor benchmarking skills

✔ Excellent MS Excel & PowerPoint skills

✔ Solid communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
