Role Description This is a full time, on-site Lease Abstractor role based in Chennai.

The Lease

Abstractor will review and analyze commercial lease documents, extract critical data points, and accurately enter them into designated lease administration systems. The role involves interpreting lease clauses, rent schedules, options, and obligations, as well as verifying data consistency across related documents.

Abstractor will collaborate with internal teams to clarify document details, support quality checks, and help maintain organized digital records. The position may also require handling specialized terminology and formats for leases related to healthcare or other sector-specific properties.

Qualifications

- Strong lease abstracting skills, including careful document review, data extraction, and interpretation of complex clauses.
- Proficiency with lease administration or property management platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to summarize information clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
- Prior experience in lease abstraction, commercial real estate services is a MUST.
