Learning Facilitators – Multiple Positions

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Alternate Saturdays

About the Role We are looking for passionate Learning Facilitators who can create engaging, child-centred learning experiences. This is not a conventional teaching role focused only on completing textbooks or delivering lectures. Facilitators are expected to encourage children to question, explore, connect concepts, think independently and apply their learning to real-world situations.

Depending on the position, you will facilitate learning in your subject area, design activities and experiences, observe children's learning, collaborate with other facilitators, and adapt your approach based on children's interests and learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Facilitation

- Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Use activities, games, projects, stories and real-world examples to explain concepts.
- Encourage questioning, discussion, creativity and independent thinking.

Child Development & Observation

- Observe children's participation, learning and thinking patterns.




- Document learning progress and share relevant updates with mentors and parents.
- Adapt learning experiences based on children's needs and interests.

Collaboration

- Work with fellow facilitators to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.

Parent Engagement

- Communicate with parents regarding children's learning and development.
- Participate in parent interactions and learning-sharing activities.

Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate in the relevant subject/discipline.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children.
- Genuine interest in working with children and facilitating their learning.
- Open to feedback, experimentation and continuous learning.
- Comfortable using basic digital tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office and Canva.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Good to Have Experience in teaching, tutoring, working with children, activity-based learning, or progressive education approaches such as Reggio Emilia, Montessori or IB will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
