Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced training professional with a strong understanding of government school systems and educator capacity building.

The Training

Coordinator will play a key role in planning, coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring capacity-building initiatives across states, strengthening the Master Trainer and Cascade Trainer ecosystem, and enabling State LE SPOCs to increasingly take ownership of capacity-building and implementation. The role will also generate implementation insights and use data and feedback to inform capacity-building decisions and improvements.

The role requires experience in designing training content and learning experiences for educators, Master Trainers, and internal teams. Prior experience in EdTech programs will be an advantage. The primary focus areas include Computational Thinking, the Ideathon-Hackathon process, and Future Skills , with a growing emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and Career Readiness .

Key Responsibilities

- Training Design, Facilitation &
- Capacity Building

- Design engaging trainings for internal teams, educators, and Master Trainers using a blended learning approach.
- Facilitate and co-facilitate/support ToTs, trainings, webinars, review meetings and other capacity-building spaces in delivering high-quality cascade trainings.
- Work with State LE SPOCs to translate central capacity-building plans into state-level implementation.
- Develop training content, resources, and facilitation plans aligned with program objectives.
- Mentor and coach Master Trainers and state teams through timely feedback and implementation support.
- Coordinate communities of practice, virtual learning spaces, webinars, and other capacity-building initiatives.
- Promote consistent use of training resources, facilitation practices, and learning processes across states.

- Review

- Manage annual and quarterly training calendars in collaboration with state teams.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, facilitators, participant communication, and overall training readiness.
- Identify implementation challenges and coordinate timely support and resolution.
- Coordinate with EdTech and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout of digital learning initiatives and courses.
- Collaborate training review meetings, analyze implementation and monitoring data, and provide actionable feedback to strengthen training quality and program delivery.
- Establish regular support and learning touchpoints with State LE SPOCs.
- Facilitate cross-state learning and enable State LE SPOCs to share practices, challenges and solutions.

- Continuous Improvement

- Ensure quality implementation of the program, and the educator recognition strategy across states.




- Conduct regular field visits to monitor implementation, gather feedback from educators and state teams, and identify support needs.
- Track training participation and implementation progress using dashboards and monitoring data, and share actionable insights to strengthen program delivery.
- Build the capacity of State LE SPOCs to independently plan, coordinate, monitor and improve capacity-building initiatives.
- Support annual and quarterly review and planning processes with state teams and Master Trainers.
- Analyse implementation and participation data to identify gaps, trends and support priorities.
- Bring implementation insights into central LE discussions and support improvements to capacity-building strategy.

Stakeholder

Coordination

- Coordinate regularly with state teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, Monitoring and Evaluation to support effective Program Implementation.
- Surface field challenges and support timely issue resolution.
- Support cross-learning across states and within state (as needed)
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders to strengthen ownership of capacity-building and implementation.

- Knowledge Sharing
- Document implementation experiences, challenges, adaptations and emerging practices across states.
- Capture and share success stories from field visits, review meetings, Master Trainers/Teacher interactions in learning spaces.
- Prepare reports and synthesis of implementation trends, support needs and recommendations.
- Share cross-state learnings with the central LE team to inform learning design and capacity-building strategy.
- Maintain updated training resources and repositories.

Required Experiences &

- Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in designing and facilitating trainings, preferably in government school systems.
- Experience working with Master Trainer, Training of Trainers or cascade-based capacity-building models.
- Experience in Computational Thinking, Coding/STEM, and Life &
- Career Skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coach educators, colleagues and provide timely feedback.
- Ability to use data for planning, monitoring, and decision-making.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel for trainings and field visits.
