Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that support employee performance, capability building, and career development across the organization.

Daily activities include conducting training needs analyses, creating instructional materials and curricula, facilitating classroom and blended learning sessions,



and managing learning initiatives through appropriate tools and systems. The specialist collaborates closely with business leaders and HR to align learning interventions with strategic goals, provides coaching and guidance to employees and managers, and tracks training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design, including curriculum development and learning content creation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills to engage learners and support managers.
- Experience with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and data-driven evaluation of training effectiveness is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in L&D; or instructional design are an advantage.
- Proven experience in corporate learning and development, preferably in quick-growing or technology-driven organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
