Omega Healthcare Management Services is looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Executives

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Shift Timings - US Shift (Should be flexible)

Key Requirements

Hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA), including both Pre-Training and Post-Training Analysis

Experience in designing and creating training content/materials

Ability to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Adaptable to work in shift-based environments

Candidate should not have a Voice & Accent (V&A;) training background

Preferred Experience

Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development functions

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Exposure to adult learning methodologies and learning effectiveness metrics
