Role Description The Learning and Development Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing learning strategies and programs across Skillofy_AI’s tech and non-tech offerings. This role involves conducting needs assessments with internal teams and partners, developing structured learning paths, and overseeing the creation of engaging, outcomes-focused training content.

The manager will coordinate live sessions and workshops, support mentors and instructors with instructional best practices, and ensure that all programs align with industry standards and organizational goals.



Day-to-day activities include managing learning platforms, tracking training effectiveness through data and feedback, and continuously improving programs based on learner performance and engagement. The role also includes collaborating with product, operations, and marketing teams to integrate L&D; initiatives into broader organizational strategies and support career transformation for learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Training, with experience designing and delivering programs for diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management, including managing learning platforms, monitoring learner progress, and using data to improve training outcomes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design, with the ability to create structured, engaging, and assessment-driven learning content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Leadership Development, including designing programs that build leadership capabilities and support career growth.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in edtech, corporate L&D;, or higher education; familiarity with AI, tech, or digital skills training is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced certifications in L&D; or instructional design are advantageous.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
