Role Description The Learning and Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement across the organization.

Day-to-day tasks include assessing learning needs, developing instructional content, managing learning platforms, and coordinating training sessions for various departments. The manager will also lead leadership development initiatives, evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and continuously refine learning strategies to support business goals. Collaboration with HR,



department heads, and subject matter experts is essential to ensure that all learning initiatives align with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Co-Founder & COO.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to plan, deliver, and oversee learning initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and Instructional Design to create engaging, effective, and scalable programs and materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Leadership Development to design and implement programs that build managerial and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in evaluating training outcomes, using data and feedback to improve programs and learner experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven experience in a Learning and Development or similar HR role, preferably in the insurance or healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
