The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end technical recruiting, team leadership, candidate sourcing, client/vendor management, and US staffing processes.Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Prior experience as a Lead Recruiter / Team Lead / Senior Technical Recruiter.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of US Recruiters.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent knowledge of technical recruiting and IT skill sets.
- Strong hands-on experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ATS/CRM, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong understanding of US employment types and work authorization.
- Excellent candidate assessment, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced US shift environment.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
