Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead TA to drive Talent Acquisition across manufacturing functions, develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with business leadership to meet hiring requirements.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Manufacturing, Agriculture or related industries.
- Strong experience in direct sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and translate business requirements into talent strategies.
- Experience in building and managing talent pipelines.
- Strong candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks and niche platforms.
- Experience in candidate screening,



interview coordination and owning the onboarding.
- Robust stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and results.
- Solid analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with Manufacturing / Agriculture / Chemical / FMCG hiring experience and strong direct sourcing exposure.
- Experience in University Relations / Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies and staffing partners.
- Candidates with strong experience in employer branding and talent pipeline development.
- MBA in HR candidates preferred.
- Candidates comfortable working with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
