Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in general insurance and will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely closures of positions across verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the talent acquisition requirements of assigned verticals and implement best practices.
- Build robust pipelines and sourcing strategies tailored to business needs.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitor landscape, talent pool, and compensation trends.
- Optimize the use of multiple recruitment channels to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain cost per hire as per set goals, with continuous improvement.
- Drive attrition action planning in collaboration with business leaders.




- Take ownership of new HR projects and initiatives.

Specialized Skills & Competencies

- Exceptional people and stakeholder management skills.
- 10+ years of experience in team handling and talent acquisition.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Deep understanding of recruiting and sourcing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data preparation and recruitment analysis.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Qualifications

- Proven experience in talent acquisition within the general insurance sector.
- Strong track record of managing recruitment pipelines and closing positions effectively.
- Qualification: Postgraduate, MBA in HR preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
