Long-Term Strategic Planning &

- Formulation

- Execute Strategic Cycles: Manage and lead the annual and long-term strategic planning cycles to refresh the APSEZ roadmap in line with global shipping trends, trade routes, and geopolitical shi
- Market &
- Competitor Intelligence: Assess competitive landscapes, target acquisitions (such as international port entries), and evaluate domestic market-share expansions
- Macro-Economic Scenario Analysis: Model potential global economic stressors (e.g., trade bottlenecks, regulatory revisions) to design resilient operational pathways

2. CapitaL Allocation &

- Business Case Development

- Investment Governance: Partner with Finance to evaluate large-scale Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) programs, ensuring high-yield projects align directly with APSEZ’s strategic return threshold
- Value Creation Models: Structure investment-linked business cases for upcoming expansions (e.g., transshipment hubs, inland logistics parks, and green field ports)

3. Cross-Functional Synergy &

- Growth Execution

- Integrated Logistics Strategy: Bridge operational silos between ports, rail, road, and SEZs to deliver comprehensive,



end-to-end supply chain logistics
- Transformation &
- Innovation: Drive digital transformation and predictive intelligence initiatives (e.g., terminal automation, smart scheduling, and predictive modeling platforms) to boost port throughput and asset utility
- Sustainability &
- ESG Alignment: Support APSEZ's core commitments toward green logistics, net-zero port operations, and crane electrification

4. Governance &

- Performance Monitoring

- Establish Operational Dashboards: Collaborate with Analytics and FP&A; teams to design real-time KPI performance dashboards
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Monitor business unit performance against pre-set milestones, proactively flagging operational variances or capital leakage to senior leadership

Qualifications MBA from a premier business school / Post-Graduate in Finance or Strategy / B.Tech or Chartered Accountant (CA) equivalent. 8 to 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or planning inside infrastructure/logistics giants
