At Gallagher Re, we're looking for an analytical and forward-thinking Operational Excellence Analyst to join our growing Operational Excellence team. About the Role:

As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting transformation initiatives across the business. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, leverage automation and AI-driven solutions, and help shape a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine business analysis, process excellence, data analytics, and project delivery within one of the world's leading reinsurance organizations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

✅ Conduct process assessments and operational reviews ✅ Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

✅ Facilitate process mapping, SIPOCs, and workflow analysis





✅ Apply Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques

✅ Drive standardization and best practice adoption across teams

✅ Support operational excellence training and capability building initiatives

Data Analytics & Reporting

✅ Analyze operational performance data and business metrics ✅ Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports

✅ Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data insights

✅ Create executive-level presentations and business reports

✅ Support data-driven business cases and benefits realization tracking

Transformation & Project Delivery

✅ Support improvement projects from planning through implementation ✅ Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance reviews

✅ Track project progress, risks, actions, and outcomes

✅ Help deliver automation and AI-enabled transformation initiatives

Continuous Improvement Culture

✅ Promote innovation and operational excellence across teams ✅ Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials

✅ Facilitate knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement forums

About you

What are we looking for:

Experience

✔ 5-7+ years of experience in:

- Operational Excellence
- Process Excellence
- Continuous Improvement
- Business Analysis
- Process Improvement Initiatives

Skills & Expertise

✔ Strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies ✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities





✔ Experience conducting process reviews and operational assessments

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Technical Skills

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas) ✔ PowerPoint and executive reporting

✔ Process documentation and SOP creation

✔ Data analysis and business reporting

✔ Power BI (preferred)

Preferred

✔ Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum expectation) ✔ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)

✔ Basic understanding of the Reinsurance lifecycle including Placing, Billing, Claims, Pro Rata, and A&S; processes
