We are looking for an experienced Lead Solar Installer to manage the installation and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise solar installation teams.
- Install solar panels, structures, inverters, cabling and related equipment.
- Read and execute electrical/solar installation drawings.
- Ensure proper wiring, testing, commissioning and system performance.
- Maintain safety and quality standards at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors and project teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in solar installation.
- Good knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical work.
- Ability to lead installation teams independently.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
