Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, React/JavaScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, microservices, and modern AI-assisted/agentic development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of enterprise web applications across front-end, back-end, and data integration.
- Design scalable microservices and web services with strong focus on performance, security, observability, and maintainability.
- Lead technical decisions, code reviews, development standards, and architecture practices.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams in an Agile setting.
- Work with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Design and support AI agents, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, and MCP-based integrations.
- Develop and maintain automated unit/integration testing and CI/CD practices.
- Troubleshoot production, deployment, and environment-related issues.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of professional software development experience.




- 3+ years in a Lead Engineer/Technical Lead role managing onshore/offshore teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core, React/JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Strong experience in JavaScript, microservices, web services, and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on AWS experience with Lambda, ECS, Aurora, RDS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
- Strong knowledge of performance engineering, scalability, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, automation, and CI/CD.
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants and AI/agentic development.

Good to Have:

- TypeScript, Next.js, HTML5, CSS.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- TDD/BDD and CI/CD pipeline ownership.
- Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic API, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Experience with higher education technology platforms such as ERP, CRM, or Student Information Systems.
