We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL, and a strong understanding of web development and database management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using Python and Django.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Database Management:

- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases.

- Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.

- Ensure data integrity and security.

- Code Quality and Best Practices:

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Follow best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:

- Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products.

- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing,



and deployment.

- Troubleshooting and Debugging:

- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in the application.

- Provide technical support and resolve issues reported by users.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Continuously improve the development process and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years of qualified experience in Python and Django development.

- Database: Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and management.

- Web Development: Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks.

- Version Control: Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.

- Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
