We are seeking a Lead Software Developer to strengthen a product lifecycle platform built with Java, Angular, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. You will help embed AI Ops and AI SDLC in an AI-native delivery flow while operating within a scalable microservices architecture supporting industrial volumes.

Responsibilities

- Develop and sustain the product lifecycle platform implemented with Java, Angular, and PostgreSQL
- Help scale and enhance a microservices architecture built for industrial-grade performance
- Implement engineering standards and CI/CD practices throughout delivery
- Enable service integrations through REST APIs and other communication links
- Safeguard reliability across a 24/5 operating model, including 24/7 coverage for P1/P2 incidents
- Review code and collaborate on testing activities with peers
- Use feedback to improve outcomes and ask questions that surface risks early




- Adjust to rapid change while adopting modern engineering methods

Requirements

- Comprehensive 8–12 years of experience in Java Full Stack development with Angular
- Practical expertise in REST APIs plus service-to-service communication
- Demonstrated experience following engineering standards and CI/CD processes
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive response to constructive feedback
- Meticulous attention to detail when working on high-availability services
- English proficiency of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

Nice to have

- Working knowledge of Kafka, PostgreSQL, or Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with hexagonal architecture and microservices architecture patterns
- Experience with structured code review and testing practices in delivery teams
