We’re hiring a Lead Snowflake Engineer for our client (Code Name:KPIP) - KPIP delivers data, analytics, and digital transformation solutions to help organizations unlock business value.

As a Lead Data Engineer at KPIP, you will drive the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and platforms using modern cloud and ETL technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions, ensure data quality, and enable advanced analytics. This senior role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and a focus on delivering impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using modern tools and platforms.

● Lead the implementation of data solutions leveraging Snowflake and other cloud-based technologies.

● Develop, optimize, and manage data integration processes to ensure high data quality and reliability.

● Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust data solutions.

● Implement workflow orchestration using Airflow to automate and monitor data processes.

● Apply advanced SQL techniques for data transformation, analysis, and reporting.

● Ensure adherence to data engineering best practices and standards.

● Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.





● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data infrastructure and processes.

Required Skills

● Expertise in Snowflake data platform.

● Hands-on experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.

● Advanced proficiency in SQL for data engineering tasks.

● Strong background in ELT/ETL processes using tools such as ADF, Informatica, or Matillion.

● Solid understanding of data engineering best practices.

● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Experience in designing and optimizing scalable data solutions.

Nice to Have

● Experience with DBT for data transformation.

● Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.

● Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

About the Employment Model
