We are hiring a Lead Software Developer to help evolve and run a product lifecycle platform built on Java, Angular, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. You will work in an AI-native delivery model with AI Ops and AI SDLC from day one, contributing to a modern microservices setup at industrial scale.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a product lifecycle platform using Java, Angular, and PostgreSQL
- Contribute to an industrial-scale microservices architecture focused on performance
- Apply engineering standards and CI/CD practices across the full delivery lifecycle
- Coordinate integrations through REST APIs and other service interfaces
- Maintain platform reliability in a 24/5 model, including 24/7 coverage for P1/P2 incidents
- Participate in code reviews and testing activities with other engineers
- Incorporate feedback constructively and ask questions to drive continuous improvement




- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while adopting modern engineering practices

Requirements

- Extensive experience of 8–12 years in Java Full Stack development with Angular
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and service-to-service communication
- Proven track record of working within established engineering standards and CI/CD processes
- Solid collaboration skills and openness to constructive feedback in a team environment
- High attention to detail when supporting high-availability platforms
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to have

- Familiarity with Kafka, PostgreSQL, or Elasticsearch
- Understanding of hexagonal architecture or microservices patterns
- Experience working in teams with structured code review and testing practices
