Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) domain knowledge and hands-on automation expertise to drive quality across our eCommerce platform releases.

Key Responsibilities

- SFCC Domain Expertise

- Hands-on experience testing eCommerce projects built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

- Working knowledge of Business Manager and modules like Catalog, Promotions, Orders, etc.

- Ability to validate logs and troubleshoot/identify issues independently

- QA Leadership

- Act as a strong QA leader driving product releases with a focus on quality

- Own the QA process end-to-end, ensuring no gaps are left uncovered

- Ensure testing work is properly tracked, documented, and reported

- Agile Delivery

- Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments

- End-to-End & Integration Testing

- Drive end-to-end and integration testing, coordinating with external/cross-functional teams

- Track testing progress, manage stakeholders, and report status regularly

- Stakeholder & Requirement Management

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements

- Plan testing scope, effort, and estimates accordingly

- QA Process Ownership





- Solid understanding of QA processes and best practices

- Ensure complete test coverage and traceability

- Automation Testing

- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, and Playwright

- Strong hands-on experience in API testing and automation (e.g., REST/SOAP, tools like Postman, RestAssured)

- AI-Driven Testing

- Should be able to leverage AI tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness

Soft Skills

- Strong communication skills , able to explain testing issues clearly to both technical and business stakeholders

- Ownership mindset , takes responsibility for quality outcomes, not just task completion

- Ability to work under pressure in fast-moving release cycles without compromising quality

- Good stakeholder management , keeps all parties informed, aligned, and confident in progress

- Problem-solving attitude , proactively flags risks and proposes solutions, not just issues

Good to Have (Optional Skills)

- Experience with JIRA or similar test management/tracking tools

- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)

- CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
