Lead / Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Adobe Experience Cloud professional with 8–10 years of experience to drive digital transformation initiatives across customer experience, content supply chain, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions - Design integrated architectures across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP (AEP), AEM Assets (DAM), Adobe Workfront &
- Adobe GenStudio.
- Define data flows, system integrations, and journey orchestration frameworks.
- Build robust content supply chain models aligned with marketing needs.
- Design and implement real-time customer journeys and orchestration flows.
- Configure triggers, decisioning rules, and personalization strategies.
- Enable multi-channel engagement across email, SMS, web, and push notifications.
- Optimize journey performance through segmentation, experimentation, and analytics.

Required Qualifications

- 8–10 years of experience in Digital platforms, Marketing technology &
- Enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP, AEM Assets (DAM), Adobe Workfront &
- Adobe GenStudio (or similar AI content platforms).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with a focus on delivering business value.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and APIs.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, marketing, and IT.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and Marketing Automation.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and personalization.

- Enterprise Systems - CRM (Salesforce / Dynamics), SAP, eCommerce platforms, and Middleware.
- Marketing Automation - Campaign management, data management, and analytics.
- Customer Data Platforms - Identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation strategies.
- Content Management Systems - Digital asset lifecycle management and content governance.

- Machine Learning - Performance marketing, automated content generation, and personalization at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Robust understanding of data governance, security policies, and compliance.
