We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and customization to deliver scalable and high-quality business solutions.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and solution architecture discussions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Support release management, deployments, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.




- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
- Experience in data migration and data management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification - Mandatory.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Certification - Mandatory/Strongly Preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant will be an added advantage.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
