Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across our Quant Research, Trading, Technology and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities and a genuine interest in hiring highly specialised talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership team to understand hiring requirements.
- Recruit across Quant Research, Quant Trading, Traders, Quant Developers, Software Engineering and other niche roles.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.
- Use LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, professional networks and other channels for sourcing.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research for niche positions.
- Drive campus recruitment across IITs and other premier institutes.
- Manage relationships with placement cells and universities.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback and offer processes.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track key hiring metrics.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.





Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in hiring technical, quantitative or niche talent.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong negotiation and offer-closure skills.
- Experience with campus hiring, particularly IITs, is an advantage.

Preferred Background Candidates from HFT, proprietary trading, hedge funds, investment banking, fintech, technology companies or other high-performance organisations would be preferred.

Prior experience hiring Quant Researchers, Quant Traders, Quant Developers or Software Engineers will be an added advantage.
