Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across diverse industries, preferably within the Non-IT vertical.
- Handle recruitment mandates across industries such as:

- Manufacturing

- Cement

- Steel

- Power

- Real Estate

- Automotive

- Engineering

- FMCG

- FMCD
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, client coordination, offer management, and closure & client Handling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Work as an Individual Contributor (IC) with ownership of recruitment deliverables.
- Take responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for leadership and critical hiring mandates.





Preferred candidate profile

- Full time Graduate with an MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for Non-IT leadership and senior-level positions.
- Experience handling recruitment across multiple industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Non-IT recruitment market and talent landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust client-management, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in an Individual Contributor role.
