About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Lead Recruiter to join our growing team and drive hiring across Quant Research, Trading, Technology and other critical functions. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment and wants to build teams that directly contribute to a high-performance trading business.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment for niche and critical roles.
- Hire across Quant Researchers, Traders, Quant Developers & Tech.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and market mapping.
- Drive campus hiring across IITs and premier institutes.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage interview processes, offer negotiations and closures.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, preferably in HFT, proprietary trading, investment banking, hedge funds, fintech,



technology or other high-performance environments.
- Experience hiring for technical, quantitative or niche roles is highly preferred.
- Robust sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Strong ownership, urgency and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience with campus hiring / IIT hiring will be an added advantage.
