We are looking for an experienced Lead ReactJS Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend architecture, API integration, and team leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for designing technical solutions, leading frontend development, reviewing code, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
- Define and maintain frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Develop reusable and maintainable UI components.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with frontend applications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- 6+ years of experience in frontend/web application development.




- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and preferably TypeScript.
- Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern UI development.
- Strong experience with React Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and reusable components.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.
- Good understanding of Git/GitHub/GitLab and version-control practices.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
