Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead React Native Developer with a minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience to architect, build, and scale high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. In this role, you will drive mobile architecture, integrate native modules, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver scalable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of complex, production-grade mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript.Indeed
- Native Integration: Bridge custom native modules (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) when platform-specific capabilities are required.Indeed
- Performance & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and render delays to ensure native-like performance.Indeed
- State & Data Management: Architect robust global state management solutions using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or MobX, and streamline API integrations (RESTful/GraphQL).Indeed
- App Store Operations: Oversee the end-to-end mobile CI/CD pipeline and lead deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.




- Leadership & Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, establish testing standards (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox), and mentor engineering team members.

Required Qualifications

- Overall Experience: 8 years of total software development experience, with at least 4–5 years focused on React Native mobile development.
- Core Skills: Advanced mastery of React Native, JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, and React hooks.Indeed
- Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of native build tools (Xcode, Gradle, Android Studio) and mobile OS guidelines.Indeed
- Testing & Tools: Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing frameworks along with Git-based workflows.
- Architecture: Proven track record of architecting large-scale mobile apps from scratch to production.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Expo, React Navigation, or cross-platform deployment tools (App Center, Fastlane).Indeed

Pay: ₹671,881.47 - ₹2,099,819.75 per year
