Role Description The Lead Recruiter – Early Intervention Center is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end recruitment for early intervention and inclusion-focused positions, including therapists, special educators, counselors, and support staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessment processes, and partnering with hiring managers and center leaders to define role requirements and staffing plans.
The Lead
Recruiter will manage recruitment pipelines, maintain talent databases,
and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with KLAY’s child-first and inclusive values. This role also involves collaborating with HR, training teams, and operational leaders to forecast hiring needs, refine selection criteria, and support the ongoing development of a high-quality early intervention workforce.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in education, healthcare, early intervention, or allied services.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with the ability to assess both technical expertise and behavioral fit.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR analytics to manage pipelines and track hiring metrics.
- Knowledge of early childhood education, special education, inclusion practices, or child development is highly beneficial.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers, center leaders, and HR partners, and to influence decisions through data and insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and professional candidate correspondence.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in recruitment or HR are an advantage.
