These solutions enable clients to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, increase uptime, optimize inventory, and enhance decision quality and safety.

Role Description The Lead Project Engineer is a full-time, in office position based in Andhra Pradesh, India, responsible for leading the engineering execution of energy transition and conventional energy projects. This role oversees project engineering activities, coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensures technical deliverables meet project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and validating engineering designs, supporting project planning and scheduling,



managing interfaces between electrical and other engineering disciplines, and ensuring integration of digitalization and data-driven practices where applicable.

The Lead Project

Engineer collaborates closely with project management, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders to resolve technical issues, mitigate risks, and maintain quality, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes, and supporting bid and proposal efforts with technical input.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams on complex projects.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners, both verbally and in writing.
- Relevant experience in energy transition projects (e.g., carbon capture, biofuels, green hydrogen) and/or conventional oil and gas projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Familiarity with EPC/PCM/E&P;/PMC project delivery models, industry standards, and safety regulations is an advantage.
