Team: Factory Operations

Location: River Factory, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

- You are responsible for setting up and leading BA - Production team related activities at River

- You are responsible for developing secure shopfloor meeting ISO14001 & 45001 standards

- Creating and maintaining all relevant documents meeting ISO9001 requirements

- Responsible for upholding processes, work instructions and necessary quality inspection steps to ensure timely readiness of products

- You are responsible for hiring, training & supervising engineers and technicians for production team

- You are responsible for developing a high performing team with a continuous improvement mindset

- You will be planning production shifts to ensure daily / monthly targets are met

- You will be Coordinating with other departments to ensure that equipment and materials are available for use by other departments as needed

- You will also be encouraged to suggest necessary changes in processes to make products easy to assemble.



You will also be sharing your feedback wrt machines/ parts / processes to ensure ergonomics and efficiency

- You will be responsible for line balancing to optimize production line efficiency

- You will be responsible to optimize cost through COPQ reduction and consumable usage optimization

- You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining annual OpeX budget

- You are responsible for maintaining a clean work space promoting 5S

Ideal Candidate

- Has an excellent attitude to ensure production of a quality product

- 8+ years of experience in managing assembly lines to ensure production activities has been handled in a timely manner

- B.E/B. Tech - Mech/ Electrical / production Engineering

- Proven work experience as Production lead with relevant experience

- Excellent communication skills and people skills
