Job Objectie:-

To lead end-to-end procurement execution of domestic and imported bought-out parts including mechanical bought-outs, automation and control components, electronic parts, motors, gearboxes and related assemblies ensuring timely availability, expected quality, statutory compliance and supply continuity for business requirements, based on commercially finalised terms.

Primary Responsibilities:-

- Manage procurement execution from requirement review and RFQ coordination through PO release, expediting, receipt and closure, based on approved suppliers and commercially finalised terms.
- Handle multiple bought-out commodity categories, including mechanical components, automation and control parts, electrical and electronic parts, motors, gearboxes, drives, instruments, panels and standard assemblies.
- Prepare procurement plans aligned with MRP, project schedules, machine requirements, lead times, inventory targets and approved budgets.
- Coordinate with approved domestic and international suppliers and maintain alternate-source information for critical and long-lead components.
- Issue and manage purchase orders in line with approved prices, payment terms, warranty, freight, delivery commitments and contractual conditions.
- Manage import procurement procedures, including Incoterms, customs-duty structure, documentation, insurance, foreign-currency considerations,



shipment planning and coordination with EXIM, finance and logistics teams.
- Coordinate freight forwarders, customs brokers and transporters to ensure timely inbound logistics.
- Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance, close shortages and non-conformities, and drive root-cause and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate ERP/SAP data for approved pricing, lead time, MOQ, source lists, purchase orders and procurement documentation; ensure policy and audit compliance.
- Provide supplier, delivery, risk and procurement MIS updates to management, and guide assigned buyers to achieve functional KPIs.

Education & Requirements:-

- BE Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
- 8 to 10 years relevant experience
- Boughtout parts procurements
