The Lead MIS Executive will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the Management Information Systems (MIS) function within the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. This role demands strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of MIS professionals, ensuring the accurate collection, analysis, and interpretation of data. The executive will be responsible for developing and implementing productive MIS processes, utilizing advanced analytics to provide valuable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
