Responsible for overseeing and managing all litigation, notices, police complaints, recovery, statutory investigations (if any) of the Company and its subsidiaries. Pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's interest and rights against all potential risk arising out of legal cases / notices.

- MIS management: Managing legal case / notices / police complaints trackers.

- Vendor payment Management: Clearing bills of advocates / counsel.

- Police Complaints Attending police station for filing complaints, as and when required and all other ancillary work.

- Notices / reply : Issue notices to the defaulters, vendors, partners and reply to the notices received.

- Statutory Investigations – In case of any investigation notices or information asked by authorities from a group company





- Collaboration within the organization & external advocates: Get the required data from the concerned team and a link between the internal and external stakeholders.

- Court cases:- Attend court cases / meetings with advocate as and when required, keep records of case files.

- Recent projects:- as and when demand.

- Misc – All other misc. work regarding litigation.

- Presentations – PPT presentation as and when required.

- Compliance Function: To make compliance as mandatory environment and get it done from the respective teams. Co-ordinate with theagency assisting for the tool and internal stakeholders for compliance mapping and compliance audit
