Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled, drive-oriented audit professionals to join the Chairman &

- Managing Directors (CMD) Office. The ideal candidates will bring robust analytical rigor, an objective perspective, and a robust background in risk management and operational controls within manufacturing environments. This leadership-adjacent role requires a high degree of confidentiality, strategic alignment, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Execution &

- Strategy: Plan, lead, and execute end-to-end internal financial, operational, and process audits across corporate and manufacturing facilities.

Internal Controls Framework: Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls (ICFR), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks.

Manufacturing Operations Audit:



Review plant operations, procurement cycles, yield-loss ratios, inventory management, supply chain efficiency, and cost-control measures.

Board &

- CMD Reporting: Prepare, refine, and present actionable, insight-driven audit reports directly to the CMD’s Office and the Board Audit Committee.

Compliance &

- Risk Assessment: Identify key enterprise risks, track regulatory and statutory compliances, and propose mitigation strategies.

Special Assignments: Conduct forensic reviews, special investigations, and process re-engineering projects as directed by the Board or CMDs office.
