As a Lead Integrations Activation, you will be a founding member of Roundglasss newly formed Group Alliances function a centralized capability built to integrate Roundglass products and content into ecosystems where large, ready-made audiences already exist.

Your mandate spans Wearables, Automotive, Telecom, BFSI, HRMS Employee Benefits, Smart Devices, and broader Distribution Partnerships. Where the Ecosystem Partnerships lead focuses on media, government, and institutional relationships, your role is the technical and commercial integration engine turning signed partnerships into live, working product integrations that actually acquire and retain users.

This is an ideal role for someone who has worked at the intersection of business development and product/technical integration managing SDK, API, or platform partnerships, telecom or carrier billing integrations, or embedded benefit programs and who is equally comfortable in a partner negotiation and a technical scoping conversation.

You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and the Product team across Roundglass businesses to ensure every alliance is activated correctly, measured rigorously, and built to scale.

Responsibilities

- Build and own the partnership pipeline across Wearables Devices, Automotive OEMs, Telecom, BFSI, HRMS Employee Advantages, and Distribution categories.
- Lead technical and commercial structuring of integration-led partnerships SDK/API integrations, in-car infotainment integrations, carrier billing and bundling, and embedded benefit programs.
- Own the full activation lifecycle: from partner onboarding and technical scoping through to integration, QA,



and go-live working closely with Product and Engineering teams across Roundglass businesses.
- Develop and manage relationships with wearable and device manufacturers (e.g. Garmin, Noise, boAt) to embed Roundglass Living as a native wellness layer.
- Build automotive OEM partnerships for in-car wellbeing and audio content integration, working with infotainment and platform teams on the partner side.
- Structure telecom and carrier partnerships for subscription bundling, pre-installs, and carrier billing driving distribution at scale.
- Lead BFSI and loyalty partnerships (credit cards, banks, fintech platforms) for premium subscription bundling and member benefit integration.
- Build HRMS and corporate employee benefits partnerships, embedding Roundglass Living as a wellness benefit within corporate HR platfoms.
- Own the partner enablement process ensuring every integration partner has the technical documentation, training, and support needed to go live independently.
- Build and maintain integration performance dashboards tracking activation rates, conversion, and retention by partner and category.
- Formulate and manage partner activation budgets and KPIs, ensuring efficient use of resources across every live integration.

Requirements

- Graduate / Postgraduate with 10+ years of experience across Partnerships, Business Development,



or Alliances roles - with hands-on exposure to technical or product integration partnerships (SDK, API, platform, or device integrations).
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Wearables/IoT partnerships, automotive OEM integrations, telecom/carrier partnerships, BFSI or loyalty program partnerships, or HRMS/employee benefits platforms.
- Solid understanding of integration-led partnership models sell-through and sell-with models, SDK/API partnerships, and embedded distribution.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of business development and technical scoping - able to translate partner requirements into a working integration roadmap with Product and Engineering teams.
- Effective at building relationships both internally and with partners; experience working with senior executives and technical counterparts in cross-company integration projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder integration timelines and drive partnerships from signed contract to live activation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a newly formed, entrepreneurial function - able to build process and structure while moving fast on live integrations.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage a high-performance team delivering integration-led partnership outcomes.
- Passionate, proactive, and execution-focused, with the discipline to convert signed deals into measurable, scaled outcomes.
