Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida for a Lead Instrumentation Design Engineer. The role involves leading instrumentation design activities for EPC projects, including preparation of instrumentation diagrams, specifications, data sheets, cable schedules, and layout drawings.

The engineer will coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, and civil design teams to ensure integrated and compliant designs, and will review vendor documents and engineering deliverables for quality and accuracy. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting project execution,



resolving design issues, ensuring adherence to industry codes and client standards, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers and designers. The role also includes participation in design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering documentation for procurement, installation, and commissioning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering and Product Design skills for industrial plants and process systems.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering expertise relevant to instrumentation interfaces and equipment selection.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) proficiency for creating and reviewing detailed instrumentation drawings and layouts.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge for control systems, wiring, and integration of instruments with electrical equipment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in EPC or process plant projects in chemicals, hydrocarbons, or related industries, with exposure to international standards and codes.
- Ability to lead design teams, coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and manage multiple project deliverables and deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with effective written and verbal communication.
