Role Overview
We are looking for an Institutional Sales Lead who will be responsible for end-to-end business development and sales in the assigned city.
The person will identify potential institutional clients, build relationships, understand their requirements and convert them into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential institutional clients
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client conversion
Understand client requirements, product specifications and expected volumes
Handle quotations, pricing and commercial negotiations
Coordinate product trials, samples and onboarding
Work closely with procurement, operations and finance teams
Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to increase business
Track sales pipelines, client orders and payment follow-ups
Conduct market research and monitor competitors
Achieve monthly revenue and client-acquisition targets
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also apply
Good negotiation and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned city
Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
Experience in fruits and vegetables, FMCG, food supply chains or institutional sales will be an advantage
Compensation
₹3.6–₹4.8 lakh per annum
