Grey Parrot Systems is hiring an experienced Lead Integration Developer with deep hands-on expertise across MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Informatica, and Dell Boomi — designing, building, and delivering scalable, production-grade integrations across complex enterprise platforms for our US client engagements.

About the Role

This is a lead-level integration development role for an engineer who has gone deep on multiple enterprise iPaaS platforms — MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Informatica, and Dell Boomi — and has built and delivered production-grade integrations across CRM, ERP, data warehouse, and cloud platforms. You are hands-on, technically authoritative, and capable of leading integration workstreams independently. You work US-aligned hours from India, collaborating directly with GPARROT's delivery teams and US client stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions on time.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of enterprise integration development experience — hands-on across multiple iPaaS platforms
- Expert-level MuleSoft — mandatory: Anypoint Platform — API design, development, and deployment
- MuleSoft Runtime — Mule flows, connectors, DataWeave transformations, and error handling
- API-led connectivity — experience layer, process layer, and system layer API design
- MuleSoft governance — CI/CD integration, environment management, and monitoring
- Strong SnapLogic: Pipeline design and development — Snap configuration, transformation logic, and error handling
- SnapLogic governance — pipeline versioning, environment management, and monitoring
- Strong Informatica: PowerCenter and/or IICS — data integration, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and transformation development
- Informatica governance — job scheduling, monitoring, and setting management
- Strong Dell Boomi: Process design and connector configuration — Boomi flows, maps, and integration lifecycle management
- REST / SOAP API design and integration — OAuth 2.0, JWT, and enterprise security patterns




- Cross-platform integration experience — Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Snowflake, and cloud platforms
- Strong data mapping and transformation — field-level mapping, data type conversion, and complex transformation logic
- Strong error handling — retry logic, dead letter queues, alerting, and incident management
- Integration governance — versioning, environment management, monitoring, and documentation
- Comfortable working US-aligned hours for overlap with client and delivery teams
- Strong written and oral English communication skills

What You'll Do

- Design and build enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Informatica, and Dell Boomi — connecting CRM, ERP, data warehouse, e-commerce, and cloud platforms
- Develop MuleSoft APIs and flows — API-led connectivity design, DataWeave transformations, connector configuration, and error handling
- Build and maintain SnapLogic pipelines — extraction, transformation, loading, and error handling across complex multi-platform environments
- Develop Informatica ETL/ELT pipelines — PowerCenter or IICS data integration, transformation, and scheduling
- Configure Dell Boomi processes — connector design, data maps, and integration lifecycle management
- Design and implement REST / SOAP API integrations — OAuth, JWT, API gateway configurations, and enterprise security
- Assess current-state integration environments — identifying architectural debt, redundant integrations, and governance gaps
- Define and enforce integration standards — versioning, environment management, monitoring, alerting, and documentation
- Manage integration CI/CD workflows — version control, deployment pipelines, and automated testing
- Monitor and maintain production integrations — proactive alerting, error resolution, and performance optimization




- Collaborate with US-based architects, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to deliver seamless cross-platform data flows
- Mentor and guide junior integration developers on platform best practices and integration patterns
- Document all integrations — architecture diagrams, mapping specs, error handling guides, and runbooks
- Leverage Claude and AI tools to accelerate integration design, mapping documentation, and error pattern analysis
