Role description

Tosca Automation Lead / Senior Test Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Framework Architecture

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
- Define automation standards, best practices, and framework governance.

Test Design & Execution

- Create, maintain, and execute end-to-end automated test scripts for complex enterprise applications.
- Ensure high automation coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.

CI/CD & Tool Integration

- Integrate Tosca automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.

Enterprise Testing

- Provide hands-on expertise in testing SAP S/4HANA, APIs, web applications, and enterprise systems.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across integrated platforms.

Leadership & Mentorship

- Review automation scripts, enforce coding standards, and mentor team members.
- Drive automation adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Quality Metrics

- Track automation progress, test coverage, defect trends, and execution results.




- Generate and present quality reports and insights to stakeholders.

Experience
