Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in UiPath, automation solution design, and end-to-end bot development. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions while leading development teams and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot end-to-end automation solutions.
- Develop software robotics and process automation aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead development activities throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
- Participate in automation innovation and recent solution development.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
- Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to RPA development standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of application development experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of UiPath or equivalent RPA platform experience.

Preferred Certification

- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification.
