Role Description SAP HCM / HR Systems Integration Consultant Role Summary We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant with solid functional expertise in SAP and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), a deep understanding of HR master data processes, and proven experience integrating SAP HCM with Workday or similar Human Capital Management platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless workforce data management and system integration. 1.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain HR mini-master data structures and related business processes within SAP HCM. Analyze, design, and support integrations between SAP HCM and Workday or other HR systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues while ensuring data quality and consistency across systems. Support system enhancements, testing activities, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with HR data governance, security, and operational standards. 2.

Required Qualifications Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM and core Workday HCM processes.





Experience working with HR mini-master data and employee lifecycle processes. Proven expertise in SAP HCM integrations with Workday or comparable HR systems.

Experience supporting end-to-end testing, defect management, and deployment activities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 3.

Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with ShapeIn methodology and processes. Understanding of how Workday business logic and data structures are mapped and translated into SAP HCM.

Experience working in global HR system landscapes and transformation programs. Knowledge of HR data migration and integration best practices.
