- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and Financial Services Operations (FSO).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while supporting platform enhancements, integrations, automation initiatives, and operational excellence across enterprise environments.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and FSO modules.
- Customize forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, notifications, and automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop Flow Designer workflows, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub integrations, and automation capabilities.
- Gather functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform optimization standards.
- Develop custom applications and extend existing applications using Scoped Applications where required.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and regression activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, user guides, operational procedures, and technical manuals.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as required.




- Support ServiceNow platform performance optimization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ Years of Relevant ServiceNow Development Experience

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including at least 2–3 of the following:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Knowledge Management
- CMDB
- Service Catalog

- Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Financial Services Operations (FSO).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Expertise in Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation.
- Working knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, and Request Workflows.
- Experience with CMDB configuration and maintenance.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, or IntegrationHub.
- Strong understanding of ITIL V3/V4 processes and Financial Services Operations processes.
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and development of regression and unit testing scripts.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and scripting skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.

Good-to-Have Skills
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
- ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) for Implementers Certification.
- Experience with Service Portal and Employee Center.
- Experience with Scoped Applications and UI Builder.
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and ServiceNow Reporting.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines within the ServiceNow ecosystem.




- Experience with Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades and performance optimization.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
