About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow platform solutions.

- Lead CMDB architecture, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Implement and operationalize CSDM across business applications, technical services, service offerings, and foundation data.

- Design and maintain CI classes, relationships, lifecycle states, reconciliation rules, and data quality processes.

- Configure and improve CMDB Health, compliance, completeness, correctness, and certification.

- Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Service Graph Connectors, and ETL.

- Build and maintain com applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer automations.

- Implement platform security, ACLs, roles, and secure integration practices.

- Monitor platform performance, scalability, technical debt, and upgrade readiness.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor developers.

- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and governance teams to deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform releases, CMDB/CSDM best practices, and emerging capabilities.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration with enterprise-scale implementations.

- Strong expertise in CMDB, including:

- CI Class Modeling

- CI Relationships

- Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)

- Reconciliation Rules

- Data Sources





- Transform Maps

- CMDB Health

- Hands-on experience implementing and governing Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

- Strong experience in designing and developing ServiceNow integrations using:

- REST APIs

- SOAP

- IntegrationHub (Flows, Actions, Spokes, ETL)

- Service Graph Connectors

- Scripted REST APIs

- MID Server

- Experience integrating data from Discovery, Service Mapping, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, asset systems, and third-party applications.

- Strong understanding of CMDB Governance, including:

- Data Ownership

- Lifecycle Management

- Data Certification

- Normalization

- Duplicate Remediation

- Data Quality Controls

- Strong development skills in:

- JavaScript

- Glide APIs

- HTML

- CSS

- XML

- ServiceNow Scripting

- Experience developing Scoped Applications and c***om applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Experience creating and maintaining:

- Business Rules

- Script Includes

- Client Scripts

- UI Policies

- Data Policies

- Flow Designer Flows

- IntegrationHub Spokes

- Strong understanding of infrastructure domains, application dependencies, and CI relationship modeling.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) (or equivalent expertise).

Good-to-Have Skills

- ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and Integration Micro-Certifications.

- Experience with:

- Service Graph Connectors

- Multisource CMDB

- CMDB Data Manager

- Data Certification

- IntegrationHub ETL





- Experience conducting CSDM adoption assessments, maturity roadmaps, and legacy service model migrations.

Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure platforms such as:

- AWS

- Azure

- VMware

- Kubernetes

- Network Devices

- Databases

- Experience with Flow Designer and low-code/no-code capabilities.

- Ability to conduct technical workshops and mentor development teams.
