Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional systems teams to document systems requirements and understand their impact on other teams.
- Work with development teams to translate business operational and functional requirements.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
- Research, analyse, and evaluate alternative solutions, including business process changes, recommending the most applicable and cost-effective options.
- Foster strong relationships with finance stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

You - An experienced Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge and understanding of financial business processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse existing systems and propose enhancements.
- Ideally, experience working with Agile methodology, including writing user stories and features.
- Experience working in an Oracle Fusion Financials environment would be advantageous.
