What We’re Looking For

• 6–8+ years in digital acquisition / growth / performance marketing

• 3–5 years leading digital/growth teams

• Solid experience with Meta, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, CRM & attribution

• Proven experience in high-ticket, sales-assisted businesses

- Strong commercial mindset with ownership of acquisition economics and revenue
